Aromex Air Subscription Terms & Cancellation Policy

12-Month Subscription Commitment

All Aromex Air Subscribe & Save plans designated as 12-month commitments require a minimum of twelve (12) monthly subscription orders from the initial billing date.

By enrolling, customers agree to recurring payments at the disclosed subscription price and billing frequency for the selected plan.

Subscription Cancellation Procedures

Customers must submit cancellation requests through the live chat feature on the Aromex Air website to communicate directly with Customer Service, except where additional cancellation methods are required by applicable law.

Cancellation requests are reviewed and documented by Customer Service. Customers will receive confirmation once their cancellation has been processed.

Early Cancellation

Subscriptions with a 12-month minimum commitment are not eligible for ordinary early cancellation unless otherwise required by law or approved by Aromex Air.

Processed and Shipped Orders

Cancellation requests do not automatically cancel, refund, or reverse orders already processed or shipped.

Customers remain responsible for valid charges incurred before an effective cancellation date, subject to applicable law and our Return and Refund Policy.

After the 12-Month Commitment

After completing the required twelve (12) monthly orders, customers may request cancellation of future recurring orders through Customer Service chat or any other cancellation method required by law.

Commercial Leasing Agreements

Commercial diffuser leasing subscriptions are governed by their separate signed agreements and applicable cancellation provisions.

Before publishing: Verify that your subscription checkout clearly discloses the 12-month obligation and that Bold Subscriptions is configured consistently. A written policy alone does not establish that a customer agreed to a minimum commitment.
